Opened in 2011, Hoochie Coochie was an award winning venue, designed for people who love Music of black origin . Set up for people to dance, enjoy great drinks and see incredible live artists up close & personal in an intimate, clean & smart environment.

The venue was take-on by new owners in late 2024 and is now operating as PILGRIM – see www.pligrimncl.music

Visiting International DJs played right in front of you and when there was no live music, we played the best in Funk, Soul, Disco and Jazzy vibes creating a space to get your groove on.

We had the widest, wildest range of spirits in town as well as great bottled and draught beers and extensive Champagne and Wine lists.
